Adrian is Account Director responsible for assurance in the Midlands region, and also an Executive Consultant.

His qualifications include certified Scrum Master, PRINCE2 practitioner and a Masters in Advanced Manufacturing Systems.  He is also a visiting lecturer on project management at Coventry University.

Adrian has a background in the car industry, having worked for Jaguar Cars and the Ford Motor Company, where he introduced the agile Kanban methodology to the engine production line.  Nowadays he is more focused on the digital media industry with recent engagements with Fujitsu, Illumina Digital and the BAFTA winning television company Maverick TV.     He also specialises in highly regulated environments such as the NHS and the National Grid.

An avid blogger, Adrian is a regular contributor to the project management industry press where he develops ideas on the agile project management office.
