Stephanie Chamberlain is the Managing Director of Magic Milestones and has a track history with Channel 4, BBC, Emap (now Bauer Consumer), The Learning and Skills Council and BT. She is published in the field of Agile integration with the user-centred design process and has a Masters in Business Systems Analysis and Design.

cindy-edmonds Cindy Edmonds is a Senior Consultant. She has a Combined Honours in English and Cultural Studies from the University of Melbourne and a PgDip in Software Development. Cindy is a certified Scrummaster (CSM) and Prince2 Practitioner. Before joining Magic Milestones, she worked as a Consultant Project Manager giving her a solid background in Microsoft technologies managing projects for the likes of Lloyds TSB, EMI Music, Diageo and the BBC.

ann-mcpherson Ann McPherson is Senior Consultant. Ann has a degree in Politics from Glasgow University and a PgDip in Software Development. She has been in the online media industry since 1998 and prior to joining Magic Milestones worked for William Hill, Research International and Cscape. Ann has delivered projects to Vodafone, British Army, Royal College of Physicians, Barclays, and NHS Employers. She is fully Prince2 qualified as both a Programme and Project Manager having completed Prince2 practitioner and MSP.

Nicola Catton Is a Project Management Consultant. Nicola has a degree in Maths and Business Studies from the University of Warwick. She is fully Prince2 qualified at Practitioner level and is also a Certified Scrummaster (CSM). Nici has many BBC World Service successful projects to her name and in her spare time likes to travel and take part in charitable projects, including an upcoming trek up Mt Kilimanjaro.

cristina-yeoh Christina Yeoh is Operations Director of Magic Milestones. She has a Computer Science degree from the University of Warwick and has been building and managing web applications for major companies such as Universal, BT, Severn Trent Water and BBC since the start of her working life. She has extensive experience of Portfolio, Programme and Project Management and in her spare time likes to snowboard in the Alps.

Helencactusopt Helen Milanes Tidmarsh is our Business Development and Associate Network Manager. She has a degree in Theology from the University of Bristol and has spent most of her working life in the recruitment industry. Having spent alot of time in Mexico she speaks Spanish fluently. Helen is adept at quickly assessing an organisation's project management requirements and in suggesting which of our permanent consultants are best placed to investigate further.

Lynda Wood is part of our FlexPMO team supporting both our clients and the team. Lynda is fully Prince 2 qualified with Project, Programme and Portfolio support experience in the private and public sector. With over 20 years in an IT project environment with companies such as Lucent Technologies and SunGard Public Sector, Lynda has developed a wealth of project support skills and knowledge. In her spare time she enjoys raising money for local charities as a singer in a band.

paula_reynolds

Paula Reynolds is a Project Analyst Consultant.  She has significant experience of PMO development, and has designed and implemented internal governance processes for Wanadoo and Orange UK.  In her spare time she undertakes conservation work and is currently tackling a new allotment plot.

Matt Grest

Matt Grest is Regional Director of Magic Milestones North and a Senior Consultant. Matt has a wealth of experience in managing large and complex software development projects for major UK organisations such as NHS, BT/Plusnet, Research Machines, as well as successfully launching his own web start-up business. He has also successfully completed numerous offshore integration projects in the USA, India and Poland. Matt enjoys traveling, having visited over 40 countries worldwide and is a keen football player.

The Learning and Skills Improvement Service (LSIS) is the new sector‑owned body, formed from the Centre for Excellence in Leadership (CEL) and the Quality Improvement Agency (QIA). LSIS focuses on learners and on developing excellent and sustainable further education and skills provision across the sector.  The 14-19 Leadership and Management Development Programme aims to help leaders and managers in the education sectors to successfully introduce the new Diploma qualifications. The 14-19 education reforms are highly significant, have a national and international profile and are at the leading edge of educational reform.

Global Portfolio Office

Increasingly companies are finding that investment in strategic projects needs to be rigorously controlled and measured.

The implementation of a global portfolio office for Kantar Opertaions was the result of 6 months consultancy and hands on implmentation.

Magic Milestones assessed the current situation and capabilities, then kicked off the project to move Kantar Operations from a muliple project environment to a controlled portfolio environment.
