Team MM’s Steph has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Creative & Technology category for the Women on their Way Awards 2009.

The Women on their Way (WOW) awards are “for recognising those women on the move, those who mobilise others and those who create change when it all feels too hard. Those on their way to the top! All together, it’s about celebrating and recognising the energy that women bring into work and their resolve to make a difference.”

The nomination is for Steph’s achievements in founding Magic Milestones. Then growing and nurturing the company into a successful 5 strong team of consultants.

Steph has also recently started a major consultancy assignment for Kantar Operations (part of WPP) to put in place Portfolio Management processes around Programme Management and Management reporting.

On top of all that, Steph has just got engaged to be married this year. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to 2009 for Steph and Team MM!
